Sandy Adams is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Stone Mountain in  Atlanta, Georgia. the church started in 1980 with Sandy, his wife Kathy, and 5 single adults. Over the years The Lord has blessed Calvary Chapel with solid and steady growth. God has used the church and Pastor Sandy to disciple believers in Jesus, and to spread His love and truth around the world.

Sandy’s call from God is to “bring the changeless Gospel to a changing world.” He communicates with humor, and his Bible teaching is laced with practical application. His timely insights help convey the timeless truths of God’s Word. Pastor Sandy’s messages are easily accessible on his website sandyadams.org and he is a frequent conference speaker.

Sandy is a native of Atlanta. Sandy and his wife have been blessed with 4 children, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren. Sandy is an avid sports fan.

Sandy graduated from Georgia State University, and also attended Calvary Chapel Bible College. He has authored 7 books, “Welcome To The Family Of God”, “Chapter by Chapter”, “Christmas Through The Eyes”, “Family Matters”, “Kids Gloves”, “The Drama Of Christmas”, and the internet Bible commentary: “Bible Scan”.

David Guzik, Enduring Word

David Guzik is a pastor, Bible teacher, and author of a widely used Bible commentary. Millions of people use David’s online Bible commentary on sites such as Enduring Word, Blue Letter Bible, Study Light, and Bible Hub.

David Guzik is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara. Pastor David took over the position of Senior Pastor in July 2010 succeeding Ricky Ryan who returned to pastor his former church in Maui. David Guzik is a wonderful pastor and Bible teacher. David founded and pastored Calvary Chapel Simi Valley for fourteen years. He has been in pastoral ministry since 1982. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has written several books and commentaries

David also teaches at Generation Bible College, the Bible College ministry of Calvary Chapel Santa Barbara.
In David’s more than 30 years of service, he has served in two church plants and also served more than seven years as a missionary in Siegen Germany, as director and teacher for an international school (Calvary Chapel Bible College Germany). David has no formal Bible College or seminary training, but does have a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

David is married to Inga-Lill, and has three adult children.

Ray Bentley, Maranatha Radio

As a graduate of Calvary Chapel Bible College, Twin Peaks, California, Ray served at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa at the House of Psalms before beginning his pastoral work. In fall of 1977, Ray Bentley founded Calvary Chapel of El Cajon and served there as the senior pastor for four years. In 1981, he left Calvary Chapel of El Cajon to assume the position of assistant pastor / teacher at Horizon Christian Fellowship with Mike MacIntosh in San Diego, California. In August of 1984, Ray left Horizon Christian Fellowship to begin Maranatha Chapel where he serves today as the senior pastor. 

In fall of 1997, Maranatha Chapel moved into a new 15-acre church facility in Rancho Bernardo that serves approximately 7,000 people weekly. 



In recent years, Pastor Ray has taken opportunities to preach at a Billy Graham sponsored crusade in India, as well as other outreaches in England, Scotland, Australia, Ireland, Africa, China, and the Philippines. 
He has been a featured speaker at Epicenter Conferences with Joel Rosenberg and numerous other national and international pastors conferences and ministry events. As a close friend of the late mayor of Ariel, Ron Nachman, Ray has also become deeply involved in Israel and launched the Nehemiah Project, a ministry of Maranatha Chapel that supports the efforts of numerous outreaches and organizations in Israel including the Joshua Fund, the Nazareth Baptist Church, Hope for Ishmael, the Jewish Agency for Israel, and the American Friends of Ariel.


In 1992, Ray established Maranatha Christian Schools to equip children, K-12 grade, with the spiritual, social and scholastic skills to foster a better equipped future community of believers. In winter of 2004, Ray dedicated a 100-acre property that houses a campus for up to 2,000 future students. 



Ray Bentley is host to the daily Maranatha Radio show heard on stations across the United States and around the world.  He has authored five books and numerous booklets and other resources. 

Ray is married to Vicki; they have two grown children and six grandchildren.

His newest book, The Holy Land Key: Unlocking End-Times Prophecy Through the Lives of God’s People in Israel, is being released from Waterbrook (a division of Random House) February 18, 2014.

A Visit with Mrs. G

Mrs. G—Kitty Anna Griffiths, of Toronto, Canada, is a mother of three children, grandmother of 11 grandchildren, and (so far) great-grandmother of 21 great-grandchildren. She is loved worldwide for her warm, captivating style. She has received mail from 188 countries. She is A British high-school teacher turned storyteller, and she has served with her pastor husband, Gerald, in churches in Britain, South Africa, and Canada, and has told stories to children in many countries.

Biola University in California conferred the degree of Doctor of Literature on Mrs. G in recognition of her fidelity to Scripture and of her concern for the underprivileged, when her leadership in South Africa in a mission hospital provided an out-patient soup kitchen, and erected and equipped a children’s wing for babies and children.

About The Bible Stories she tells are broadcast in English on hundreds of weekly releases in North America and worldwide by shortwave, satellite and internet. They have also been translated into Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin, Rumanian, Norwegian, Farsi, Khmer, Nepali, Amharic, and Russian.

Mrs. G believes that “all scripture is inspired by God”.  So she studies the text to make sure her stories bring out the accurate intended meaning of the scripture.  As part of her research, she has visited Israel six times, three times as a guest of the government of Israel.

The stories are for children of all ages—3 to 103!  The Bible stories combine accuracy with modern appeal. Mrs. G has made the Bible come alive for thousands of children—and adults—at home, in church, in schools, camps, cars, hospitals, in all kinds of places.  They are entertaining, educational, and full of spiritual instruction.  Bible Stories Alive are “you are there” stories.
